We think Ryken is already cutting teeth and he hates it when we put Oragel on his gums. We also thought he was fussy because he was getting a cold sore so we put some on his upper lip....don't ask us why, just seemed like a good idea. Good news: He didn't have a cold sore, just his first pimple.

The first one...

Well...the little guy is growing by leaps and bounds! This ultrasound is from several weeks ago and at this point his name was Poppy because we didn't know whether he was a boy or girl. Since then we found out that he is a he....and his name is Ryken. Rich and I played around with our names and came up with this unusual yet strong name for our little one. My belly is just starting to really show and he is kicking me a lot more this week. Rich is overseas in Taiwan and I am going to a wedding in SC this weekend. We are ready to start nesting and getting the baby room together. Everything is so exciting and we are looking forward to this adventure....
